Aren’t sure therapy is for you? I understand. I wasn’t always a psychologist. In fact, I was once a patient, ambivalent about sharing my deepest struggles to someone unknown. But I did, and it helped me regain my path in life, leading me towards where I am right now: ready to help you overcome the things holding you back from living a life full of health and happiness. Everyone (including YOU) deserves a chance at healing and I can help you get there. You are not alone!

I am passionate about my work. Therapy with me is collaborative, explorative, and challenging at times, just like life. It may not always be easy, but I will do everything I can to help you release whatever is keeping you stuck. I’m committed to ensuring you get the most out of your treatment: results. I believe in providing effective, evidence-based, short-term treatment to get you feeling your best.

Qualifications and specialties: I’m here to make you feel comfortable and relaxed during your sessions, but don’t worry, I’m also qualified to treat you!  I received both my Doctorate and Masters of Arts in Clinical Psychology from the Illinois School of Professional Psychology. I completed my undergraduate degree in Psychology from the University of Colorado, Boulder. I’ve worked with a wide range of people from struggling preteens to international torture survivors and it would be an honor to help you on your path towards healing.

I specialize in treating those 10+ with posttraumatic stress, eating disorders, body image issues, depression, and anxiety. Furthermore, I am a Certified Eating Disorder Specialist granted by the International Association of Eating Disorder Professionals and have an additional certification in Cognitive Processing Therapy, an evidence-based treatment approach for Posttraumatic Stress Disorder.

My self-care must-have: Being outside! I am an adventure seeker and love anything outdoors from skiing, hiking, and swimming.  Fun facts: I was a whitewater raft guide on the Colorado river and was a wrangler at a Dude ranch in Colorado.

My passion is helping young people navigate challenges at home, at school, and with friends. Family relationships can be difficult and I want to help improve communication and resolve conflict. Just as parenting is complicated, so is being a child or adolescent. If you or someone in your family is struggling with difficult feelings/thoughts or destructive behaviors, I can help you (or them) move past these challenges and lead a full and happy life, bringing your family closer together. Moreover, suicide prevention is extremely important to me, which is why I’m dedicated to helping adolescents and young adults who are battling suicidal thoughts and behaviors.

As a child or young adult, it can be extremely tough to feel like you don’t fit in, or that something just isn’t right, especially when you don’t have all the coping skills to deal with life’s obstacles. I am committed to giving children and young adults the safe space they need to overcome these challenges. I often focus on evidence-based practice, meaning I use researched treatments like Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Exposure Therapy, Behavioral Parent Training, and Habit Reversal Training, catering them to each individual's unique needs.

Qualifications and specialties: I treat children as young as just a year old to young adults on the Autism Spectrum, Attention-Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder (OCD), Posttraumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD), depression, anxiety, Trichotillomania, and tics. I also specialize in psychological evaluation/assessment for autism and/or learning disorders as well as suicide prevention.

As a parent, I know it can be hard to see your child or adolescent struggle and place them in the hands of a mental health professional; rest assured, I am well-qualified to treat your young one. I’ve earned both my Doctorate in Clinical Psychology and my Master of Arts degree in Clinical Psychology from the Ohio State University and my Bachelor of Sciences Degree in Psychology and Spanish from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.

My self-care must-have: It’s all about the great outdoors. Whether it be vegetable gardening, hiking, or running, any outdoor activity is a restorative one for me.

I believe you and I see you.  I am passionate about meeting individuals where they are and am creative and adaptive in therapy. I value building relationships with my clients so they feel comfortable enough to effectively work through their primary concerns. I strive to provide a non-judgmental environment where together, we explore all parts keeping clients stuck.

Qualifications and Specialties: I received my Doctorate in Clinical Psychology as well as my Masters in Clinical Psychology from the Wisconsin School of Professional Psychology.  In addition, I completed my undergraduate degree in Psychology from the University of Wisconsin-La Crosse. I have a variety of training and certifications, including Child Abuse Recognition, Crisis Prevention Intervention, Mental Health First Aid, Suicide Prevention Training, Medication Administration, CPR, AED, and First Aid (Instructor).
I work with pre-teens through adults and specialize in eating disorders, PTSD, anxiety, depression, and ADHD. I am particularly passionate about supporting individuals through major life transitions—including starting high school or college, career shifts, divorce, and forming new relationships.  In addition to my clinical work, I have extensive experience with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and provide consultation services that bridge communication between schools, families, and community resources.
My self-care must-have: There are a variety of ways I like to self-care. I like vegging out on the couch and watching a show or movie, working out, going for hikes/walks, loving on my dog, talking to and spending time with loved ones, and drawing or doing something else creative like painting, cookie decorating, or journaling.

Life can feel overwhelming at times — especially when you’re struggling with difficult
emotions, painful experiences, or challenges in relationships. My goal as a psychologist is to
provide a safe, supportive space where you can explore these struggles, find understanding, and
begin to heal.
I understand that taking the first step toward therapy isn’t always easy. That’s why I approach
each person with warmth, curiosity, and respect for their individual story. Together, we’ll work
to uncover patterns, strengthen coping skills, and create meaningful change that supports your
emotional well-being. My goal is to help you find hope, resilience, and a renewed sense of self.

Qualifications and Specialties:
I earned both my master’s and doctoral degrees in Clinical
Psychology from the Wisconsin School of Professional Psychology, where I received training in
a wide range of therapeutic approaches and treatment modalities, giving me the flexibility to
create a supportive, personalized approach that meets each person where they are.
I specialize in working with adolescents through adults who are navigating trauma (including
post-traumatic stress disorder), depression, anxiety, relational difficulties, personality disorders,
and perinatal/postpartum mental health concerns. I also provide psychological evaluations to
help clarify diagnoses and identify treatment approaches that best fit your unique needs.

My self-care must have: I like spending time outside with my family, going for walks/hikes, and gardening. When I am feeling stressed, I like to bake everything from sourdough bread to crème brûlée
.

After taking some time away to stay at home with my kids, I am back to work. Prior to that, I spent 3 years as an Office Assistant, where I handled scheduling, billing, communications, and other day-to-day office operations. Even though I am behind the scenes, I still enjoy helping people.

My self-care must-have: Getting an ice coffee and being outside with my kids! I also love running, biking, and swimming.
